Stop Struggling with Facebook Marketing
Do you struggle with all the changes to Facebook Marketing?
Do you have your Facebook Fan page set up so that you can market your business correctly? Did you know that 80% of business don’t have their page set up for SEO or even getting new customers or buyers?
I still see business using personal pages to build their business. This could be doing more harm then good. What do you do with your customers when they can’t like your business because you have maxed out at 5000 friends… Don’t you want more exposure?
Here is a quick video I did about why you should be using Facebook Fan pages to build your business. So important!
Making Sure You Understand Facebook Marketing
The difference between a personal page and a fan page is… FANS!
With a personal page you are limited to 5000 fans. Now that may sound like a lot but with a fan page the sky is the limit. You have no limit to how many people like your page and do business with you. Don’t you want more business for your business?
Also with a personal page you don’t have all the benefits of marketing.
With a personal page you can promote a post for $7 and you have no idea who is being targeted or how many people you are reaching.
A fan page allows you to post for cheaper and target more people. You also have the added bonus of analytic, which allows you to find out who is engaging with your page.
Learn the age demographics that are reading your posts. Find out how many times they come back to visit. Find out which type of posts get the most engagement. Learn to reach a better customer if you are using Facebook Marketing the right way.

Excellent information, Katrina! I think many people are not well informed about the personal and fan page and the differences between them.
I am seeing more and more of it as I become more interactive on social media. Just working on being helpful. Thank you for commenting. How is your weekend going?
Thanks for the information. However, I am still confused about the difference between a fan page and a business page? I thought they were the same?
Hey Pat. It is just people calling it by different names but they are one and the same. The word fan/business seem to be interchangeable.
Powerful video and information all network marketers need to know about Facebook profiles and pages. I loved the ending of the video…but, I won’t spoil it for others :0)
It’s hard to keep up with Facebook’s constant changes to page marketing. I like the way you break things down so clearly here, Katrina. Thanks!
totally agree. I have a friend that her main focus is just facebook and I follow her advice. It keeps me out of hot water!
Great video and great information
Thank you for the comment! Always working to provide value and useful information.
Great, informative video, Katrina! I like the way you’ve pointed out all the benefits of having a fan page! Thank you.
Thank Alexandra! Having a fan page is so important if you are using facebook to build your brand and business. I still stumble across a few that are still using a regular page. Are you seeing this to?
I have tried some paid marketing on facebook and haven’t had a ton of success with it. I am still don’t have a huge following on facebook so my interactions are limited still. I do get more interaction when I post text only post, thanks to facebook for refusing to show photo posts.
