lead magnetEvery wonder how to turn your blog into a lead magnet?

As a network marketer we are constantly looking for a way to generate more leads so that we have more people to talk to.

It is what we live for… MORE PEOPLE TO TALK TO! (ha ha)

But here is the catch…if you don’t know who you are blogging to, you many never get a single lead with your blog. As this refers back to day 1 of how to make money blogging as a network marketer.

Day1. How to make money blogging as a network marketer – 2 key ingredients

Day 2. Why you need to OWN your blogging online real estate

Day 3. What details you need to know about blogging for profit

Day 4. How to Drive more traffic to your blog

Which leads us into our final day… Lead Magnet

Turning Your Blog Into A Lead Magnet

Let’s be realistic, your blog should be working hard to collect emails and leads for you daily.

Your blog is your hardest working asset online.

So there is an ingredient that you are going to need to get your hands on. It is called an Auto Responder. This is a simple email tool that you use to follow up and market to your list.

As we all know… the money is in the list.

My recommended auto responder is Aweber.

Have tired and tested many different email auto responders this is my favorite.

Now that you have this amazing tool in your arsenal Β it’s time to choose your lead magnet.

Two things to think about:

1. What is the pain/struggle/problem your audience is experiencing?

2. What solution\s can you provide as a FREE BRIBE to get their email address?

If you can answer those 2 simple questions you can be generating leads even while you sleep.

As a network marketer my favorite bribe is a 7 day Video Training Series on Magnetic Sponsoring. I get a steady steam of leads daily from this simple lead magnet.

The reason I love this particular lead magnet is because it answers both question mentioned above.

1. The problem is that as a network marketer we need more targeted leads. We want people to attract people that want to join our specific opportunity. We hate talking to people that don’t want what we have to offer and are tired of rejection.

2. Solution is 7 free videos that teach you how to attract the right prospects to your opportunity. You learn to build your business rejection free.

What is a Lead Magnet?

A lead magnet can be any of the following:

  • Videos
  • Reports
  • White Papers
  • Resource Guidelines
  • Blueprints
  • Action Plans
  • Webinars
  • Audios
  • Email Content
  • Software
  • Consultations
  • Cheat Sheets
  • Checklists

So go out and create or use a lead magnet to build your blog and your business.

This is such a great resource! I can personally attest to how awesome Aweber is. I’ve used plenty others, but Aweber takes home the trophy. I love how you’re keeping all these simple and straightforward. A lot of other sources keep things so convoluted, which, I believe is a great way to effectively repel leads, haha.

Currently my favorite lead magnet to use is an infographic. I find that they really allow engagement with my audience.

You make excellent points Katrina. If you don’t know who you are writing too in your blog, it may be hard to know what they want or need. Also, I agree with your Autoresponer of choice. I too use the same one, and it is the best. I have tried several but none are quite as good. Your blog has great value, thanks!
