As a network marketer we often hear, build brand You, Inc.
But what does it mean?
How do you build a brand when you are promoting a company that already sells products? Isn’t our job to invite more people to see the opportunity or get more customers?
Seems like a lot of work already… how do I build my brand? I have nothing to offer, I’m still new to all of this.
I remember being there also. Until I picked up a book called Magnetic Sponsoring and then I began to understand the process of building my brand.
Building Brand You Inc is about investing in yourself first. It’s about investing in your education to learn the skills of a marketer.
See, every single network marketer at some point comes to the internet to learn how to build their business. Just like you are right now.
In building your brand, Ray Higdon always said,
Invest – invest in yourself. Spend money on mentorship, courses, and training to get you where you want to go.
Learn – put in the work to learn a new skill. Learn from the courses you purchase and the mentorships you invest in.
Teach – pour into others what you are learning. Let them know where and how you are getting access to this information. Teach from your point of view. It’s unique to you and your tribe is waiting for you to teach them.
How to Build You Inc
Today I share with you the how… the how to standing out from your competition. Ready to learn this secret?
The spoon is about building your business. It’s the behind the scenes until it become part of the customer experience.
A blog is powerful tool for building your brand. Like I shared with you in this video, there are many ways to build a website and it begins with understanding this….
When you have a self hosted site… the host is the land you purchase on the web. It’s staking claim to your piece of the internet.
The architect is WordPress, the most recommend ingredient for those building a business online. WordPress gives you the frame work to support your site.
Once the framework is installed, then you choose your designer… we call this a theme. Themes can be free or paid. The theme I’m using for my blog is OptimizePress. I’ve been using it for 7 years and highly recommend it for those that want a marketing theme to grow into.
Yes, I am an affiliate for this theme, which means if you purchase I might make a few dollars. And you have the benefit of learning from me how to use it in future posts.
Now you might also be asking… “What domain and host do you use?”
I actually love JustHost for both getting my domain and host together. I’ve had this hosting company for the last 7 years and they have been amazing. From customer support to keeping my site up and running, they are my go to hosting company. I love them so much I also became an affiliate for them also.
I point this out because when you go online, you are going to be using a lot of online marketing tools and a lot of these tools have affiliate programs with them. Meaning you can earn a few extra bucks by recommending tools you use. ?
