For years there has been a great debate about soy and breast cancer. Can soy cause breast cancer in humans?
Some scientist said yes… others said no.
But where does the truth really lie?
Well, I am happy to report that the myth about soy causing breast cancer or being bad for you are all FALSE!
It seems the the science of 10 year ago is faulty. As we have advanced in science so has our understanding of soy and how we are testing our research.
Recent studies have proven that Lunasin a protein found in the soy plant can actually turn off cancer genes. It’s also become the #1 Epigenetic Superfood that you can get only in the highest quality with Reliv.
In my personal opinion I think the drug companies set out to debunk any truth about nutrition so that they can continue selling you drugs.
They don’t make any money if it’s believe by the masses that nutrition trumps pharmaceutical drugs.
We are a society that is being brainwashed into believing that there is a pill for that ache or pain. Doctors no longer treat the person, they treat a symptom. So if we keep creating symptoms… the drugs companies will continue producing pills.
I have lost many family members to cancer. I am a big advocate of nutrition being a necessary aid in our war against any and all diseases.
Below is the beginnings of truth… it begins with the myth of soy and breast cancer.
The Soy and Breast Cancer Truth
Today, Dr. Alfredo Galvez shares with us the truth about soy and breast cancer.
What I find really interesting in this video by Dr. Galvez is two things.
- The initial finding was that mice developed cancer… not humans. The doctor that published this finding is now going back and saying that Soy is safe for human consumption and is protective against breast cancer.
- Soy is safe and is a protective against breast cancer.

Nutrition is Key
As a former Disney Chef, I dealt with a lot of food allergies and dietary restrictions. Back in 2011 Disney was honored by the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network with the FAAN Corporate Leadership Award.
In this article you will see that while working at WDW in 201o we served over 400,000 recorded food allergies or dietary restriction. These were the only ones that were reported. As a Chef there were many night when we had pop up allergies. People that would come in to dine and then tell us they had an allergy.
Our ability to quickly create dynamic meals for all of our guest with allergies became something that made WDW the place to dine for allergies.
We saw a tremendous spike in dietary requests after this article was released. Plus the newest food trend or diet contributed to this also.
The reason I share this is because with my insider knowledge of allergies and my 7 years as a Reliv Distributor, I have formed my own conclusions.
We are extremely undernourished and stressed. We all need to supplement and we need to do it sooner rather than later.
Why I choose Reliv, because it builds your immune system. It’s nutrition that is needed down to the cellular level of our human DNA.
I am a passionate advocate of nutrition and I know that Reliv isn’t the only nutritional supplement on the market. But in my opinion it out preforms all the others. Once you experience the health benefits of Reliv you will keep continue taking Reliv for the rest of your life. I know I will.
If you are involved in any other health and wellness MLM, please continue to stay involved. Like I said, I am an advocate of nutrition. I would rather see you taking some sort of supplement than nothing at all.
With that being said…

In my book ” A Battle Plan For Cancer” There are testimonials where people used this product and are cancer free today! The body is the miracle and can heal when given the building blocks. I believe the harmful effects of soy only come when it is genetically modified.
Totally agree Jenay. The pesticide they spliced into our soy and corn have done the human body more harm than good. It started off with a good intention… save crops… but the side effect were more than the cost of saving a crop. I am glad we are more aware now.
Thanks for posting that great video about why soy doesn’t cause any cancer. My Dr. had told me to say away from soy, so I did for years, but staying away didn’t help me feel any better. When I started taking Reliv, with non-GMO soy, I began feeling so much better due to the solid nutrition. 🙂
Hey Ruthanne! I love Reliv! One of the benefits is that it is non-gmo. I like that Reliv looks out for our safety and our health. No better company to be a part of than Reliv.
Katrina, I completely agree with you when it comes to pushing medicines we DON’T need! There are many, many plants that were provided for us on the earth to enjoy and they won’t harm us. What harms us is all the processed junk we allow to cross our lips. Now there’s another story to tell! Thanks for sharing this info about soy. 🙂
Aletha I see that we could have a long discussion about the junk food that is too readily available in our lives. I have a feeling we are both on the same page.
Thank you for your comment on this blog post and I look forward to seeing more comments from you in the future. 🙂
I do remember hearing that consuming soy could cause cancer. Glad to see your also used a video in your post:)
Hi Toni! I like adding video where I can. I know many of my readers that like to read and others like to watch video. So a combination of both is what I strive for. I am glad this myth is debunked! Thank you for your comment and I look forward to seeing you back here on my blog commenting soon! 🙂
