The world of blogging can be very overwhelming when you first get started. Everyone tells you that you need a blog to help build your network marketing business but no one really tells you how.

Back when I first started blogging there were very few network marketing bloggers to follow. Most were just beginning like me and we were all figuring it out together.

Have you ever tried to use YouTube to find answers to your blogging questions? Sometimes it can feel like an Easter Egg Hunt.

There is a chance that you will get bits and pieces but are they using it to build an MLM business? An MLM business blog looks very different than a regular blog.

I should say your intent is a bit different.

So I want to share a little back story on Blogging Ingredients.

How Blogging Ingredients Got Started

When I first got involved with blogging there were two things I was told to do.

1. Connect with other network marketers of influence, even if they were in a different MLM

2. Create value content

My first exposure to blogging told me straight up… You want to succeed online in building your MLM… become a value leader. Lead with value and the leads will come.

So the first thing I did was go to wordpress.com and open a blog. Why? Because I was told that WordPress was what all the top MLM bloggers were using.

This turned out to be a half truthful answer.

See WordPress.com is a free blog site that all you have to do is open an account, pick a theme, and start blogging.

What they forget to mention is that in the fine print WordPress.com strictly forbids network marketing content.

What happened… I wrote about my MLM and then got a notice from WordPress.com that I needed to find another place to host my content.

That is when I learned about self-hosted blogging. The part where you have to purchase a domain name, hosting package, install WordPress (not .com), and figure it all out.

I would sit for hours trying to find out how this all worked. I had some guidance but felt like I was walking in fog and knowledge was just out of my reach.

I was frustrated and many times I would curse technology and just have to walk away from the frustration to clear my mind.

Then I was back at it again… and slowly, painfully, I put the pieces of my blog together.

I successfully created 4 different blogs and to date, this is the only one that I still have and continue to use.

The Birth of Blogging Ingredients

Because of my frustration, I figured that there were many out there right now that are struggling to build their blog. So I say down and created Blogging Ingredients.

After years in a kitchen, I got really good at breaking the complex down into bit size training. I also have a very short attention span and I “hate” searching for information. It should be easy to find and short to watch.

With that in mind, I created Blogging Ingredients to be a step-by-step training on creating a blog and the tools need to successfully market your blog to build your MLM.

I kept it very simple and straightforward. The training videos are no more than 7 minutes long. They focus only on a specific piece at a time.

Module 1: Mindset and How to Choose Your Blog Name

Module 2: Buying Your Domain and Hosting Package. Then how to install WordPress

Module 3: Building Your Blog: Theme, Menu, Plugins, and Widgets

Module 4: Goes into detail the format, look, and SEO of a blog post.

Module 5: Share information about Social Media Marketing

Module 6: List building… or as you may know it… How to get RED HOT targeted leads!

This training is laid out in Blogging Ingredients so that you review all the content and then can reference it continuously for guidance.

Plus as a bonus with Blogging Ingredients, you get access to my private blog mastermind group where you can ask questions and see how things work.

With Blogging Ingredients, I want you to have all the ingredients you need to successfully learn how to blog. I also want to provide support, training, and education.
