Back to School for Network Marketers

As a network marketer are you going back to school this year?

I see so many of my friends and former co-workers posting that they are going back to college and I scratch my head.

They are willing to spend thousands on a education with no guarantee of a job at the end of it.

Now don’t get me wrong, I am all for education. I am a former graduate myself and I loved what I learned, but at the end of four years… I still had to prove to my employer that they should hire me. That I was qualified.

As a network marketer we get introduced to this amazing life of an entrepreneur. We are shown what is possible and we join.  Yet the reality is that most of us will fail to make a single cent in the network marketing industry.

It’s not your fault.

You just didn’t know that there was a school for people just like you that want to learn how to build their network marketing business. You were never told how to build your business online.

You came online looking for a faster way to reach more people…

I was in the same boat. But I ran into a problem… everyone said that they had the better way to build my business. So I jumped from one training to the next hoping for the genie lamp. And became frustrated, overwhelmed, lost, and ready to throw in the towel.

Then I went back to school.

Back to School For Network Marketers

What if there was a school you could attend that would show you exactly what you need to do to build your mlm online?

What if there were teachers that actually taught and cared about your success? In ANY company?

What if you could go to school for just 60 days and get the foundation training you need to build a bigger MLM paycheck for the holiday?

Would you be willing to go back to school?

Overall, I concur with your observations and comments Katrina.

on the issue of people going back to college to get an advanced degree or learn a new field of expertise, well that’s pretty classic in a down economy. Most people will assume they need a better, bigger resume and that will get them hired, open more doors and assure them of a so-called “good job”, a stable, secure job. And to some extent, they are right. The wrong part of that mindset is the secure, stable employment. The world has changed and this is not the 1950’s or 60’s.

On the matter of training and challenges, 60 days or otherwise, I would say that in my years in the network marketing industry the lack of success has less to do with insufficient training or motivational challenges and programs within a given company. I can name a dozen companies for you that have all of that and some good to even great products.

Failure to succeed in any one of those dozen has more to do with the internal mindset of the aspiring networker and more often the corporate mindset. That is the opportunity is stacked against the average person joining. And more often than not, the compensation plan and the monthly requirement$ almost always guarantee the person is going to fall into that 97+%, who fail to succeed.

If you arw in a company that has a 95+% retention rate of distributors after one year and 85+% after two years and 70+% after 3 years; then you are working with an opportunity, a company in the elite 1% of companies in the network marketing industry.

I submit to you that 97% of those reading this right now will not be in a positive cash flow in their opportunity at the end of a year. 95% of them won’t be with the same company and over half will have left the industry altogether. And that will have little to do with the lack of quality training available to them in their company.

As a closing thought on training outside of one’s company offerings, I have two excellent recommendations-

Eric Worre (www.networkmarketingpro.com)is some of the finest free training available in this industry and the training tools he promotes and sells ia worth every penny!

Networking Times Magazine (www.networkingtimes.com)is the premier industry publication and every person, who strives to become a professional in the industry should subscribe to it. There is more great training, information and support available from them than from ANY other resource in this industry, guaranteed!

Wishing you and all reading here the best of success in your endeavors!
