Are you struggling to get traffic to your blog? Would you like more traffic, more leads, and more money? Right now your blog is doing everything wrong and people are ‘bouncing’ from your blog in 5 seconds or less because nobody cares about your blog.

So how do you get people to flock to your blog in droves? How do you get authority and people wanting to come to your blog daily for your next blog post or just want to join you in your opportunity?

3 of the BIGGEST Mistakes You Are Making Right Now with Your Blog

We are not going to dance around this topic. We are going to hit it head on and show you exactly what you are missing on your blog Right Now.

Let’s get you from “Nobody Cares about Your Blog” to “OMG I can’t wait for their next blog post and how do I work with them?”

(I will tell you… I have made these same mistakes and my blog still need some of these improvements. So I am writing to myself also)

1. What is it? – What is your blog about? When people arrive to your blog do they know what they are going to learn, read, or buy?

You want your blog to tell the reader what is in it for them. It is not about you or your story… It is about the service or help you can provide to them. Become the solution to their biggest problem or fear.

2. What is it about? – What benefit do you offer to the reader? Why should they continue to read and learn more?

In this area, working on your headlines and blog layout is important. What sets you apart from all the other websites or bloggers out there? What is your voice or personality? What do you offer people? Which leads us into…

3. What do I get? – How is this going to help me? What’s in it for me? What freebie/sample/information do I get?

It is not about you but about your readers. What value are you giving to them? Why should they care about your blog? Your ultimate goal should be to become a value blogger. What are you currently learning, experiencing, or doing that you can share with your readers? How can they use this information themselves to achieve results for themselves?

How can you provide educational value or entertainment value? Guys your readers are distracted by technology and mindless Reality Shows.

What solutions can you provide right now to get your readers to care about your blog and want to share it?

After attending Eben Pagan’s free webinar last night where he RIPPED APART 37 websites, I learn a lot about the mistakes that even I am making. I highly suggest you watch this webinar. It is brutal yet honest. It will have you re evaluating your own blog.

Eben also reveals the 2 most important sentences you can use in marketing. This was brilliant but you have to watch it for yourself.

Guys, people honestly don’t care about how much you know, until they know how much you care. Be willing to be open, vulnerable, and share what is or is not working.

The more value you can provide the less you will find yourself saying… “Nobody cares about your blog”.

    • Being a valuable resource is essential when you are blogging. Your readers are coming there for a reason. They want to find information quickly , easily and something that will keep their attention. Something that will stay in their mind and have them coming to you again. Become an expert in your field and then share that with your audience.
